“The court has no reason to believe that, if given the chance to sue again, plaintiff would be honest about the scripts’ origins. Nor should defendants be burdened by a second round of litigation,” U.S. District Judge Georgia N. Alexakis said in dismissing an infringement suit over dozens of copyrighted scripts.
